King + Campbell were awarded the winner of the design competition for regional emerging Architects by the Property Development NSW appointed expert Design Review Panel, for a new iconic public building on the Coffs Harbour Jetty Foreshore. 

The design brief overview was for the new building to become the central community gathering place across the Coffs Harbour Foreshore Precinct that is currently under development. King & Campbell were then engaged to prepare detailed design documentation and were involved throughout the construction phase the project. The building was completed in 2023.
