In 2016 King & Campbell were engaged by Mansfield Park Estate to obtain approvals for a number of building structures within the estate. In addition, King & Campbell prepared drawings and an application for other features to compliment the Eco-Tourist Facility, including a swimming pool and associated cabana, car park, road works and driveway realignment, and access ramps. A Building Certificate was obtained from Council in December 2017 and the final occupation certificate for all other structures was obtained in August 2020. King and Campbell are providing ongoing design and planning advice to enable the future expansion of the facility.
