Orontes Close is a recently completed 19 lot industrial subdivision, and the second stage of a large employment lands precinct at Sancrox, on the Pacific Highway. King & Campbell have been engaged in all levels of the planning and design processes, including the initial rezoning of the employment precinct land parcel, development application, construction certification, tendering and contract management.

King & Campbell maintain an ongoing involvement in the delivery of future stages of the project.
