Sunrise Estate is a large residential estate on Nelson Bay Road, Nelson Bay.

In 2016 King & Campbell were engaged to prepare a Master Plan for the site. The Master Plan, which was approved in April 2018, provides 193 dwelling sites with a comprehensive suite of community and recreation facilities. 

Following development approval, King & Campbell have provided detailed design services for the community facilities precinct, including the entry, manager's residence, clubhouse, pool, bowling green and tennis court.

The first stages of the development were completed in 2019. King & Campbell remain closely involved in the project.
